头颈嵌插术治疗股骨颈骨折的实验研究

MORPHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION ON FEMORAL NECK FRACTURE TREATMENT─EXPERIMENTAL STUDY

本文通过动物实验观察，发现头颈嵌插组治疗股骨颈骨折与对照组相比其骨折愈合早、愈合率高，骨痂质量好。提示头颈嵌插术作为治疗股骨颈骨折的一种新手术方法较之传统方法，手术简单、效果满意。

The authors considered the cause of low rate of femoral neck fracturw union treated by classical neiling to be that it could not elinminate the shearing effectively,accouding to animal experimental studies. From animal experimental studies,we found that the femoral head inlay with neck treatment femoral meck fracture showed earlier,higher rate of union and better osteotylus. The result showed that this method was simple and satisfactory.
