神经膜电反应与其兴奋性及应激性关系的研究

摘要 本文以螯虾细小神经轴突为标本,采用双玻璃微电极细胞内刺激与记录技术,观察了几种钠、钾离子通道药物对神经膜静息电位、阈电位、静息电位与阈电位之间差值、标准电量a及常数b的影响。结果表明:静息电位和静息电位与阈电位之间差值与常数b变化方向一致;而与标准电量a变化方向不尽相同。提示:静息电位和静息电位与阈电位之间差值主要反映神经膜应激性。 Intercellular stimulating and recording method was used with two glass microelectrodes on crayfish's small axon.Effects of Na+ and K+ channel drugs on membrane resting potential(RP),threshold potential(TP),the difference between RP and TP(V),standard electrical quantity'a'and constant'b'were investigated.The results showed that the changes of RP and V were in accord with that of constant'b',and out of accord with electrical quantity 'a'.It was suggested that both RP and V mainly reflected membrane irritability.
