摘要
利用金属管基的充液球囊导管,制造大鼠胸、腹主动脉内皮损伤模型。采用放射免疫分析法测定大鼠血浆内源性类洋地黄因子(EDLF)含量,同时用光镜观察大鼠胸主动脉内皮损伤后的病理变化,并观察雷公藤多甙对血管内皮损伤和血浆EDLF含量的影响。结果显示血管内皮损伤后EDLF含量明显升高,血管内皮损伤局部附着较多炎性细胞。加用雷公藤多甙后,血管内皮损伤局部的炎性细胞明显减少,血浆EDLF含量的升高明显受到抑制。
In this study,we created the rat model of aortic endothelium injury with homemade endothelium injury catheter.The plasma level of Endogenous Digitalis-Like Factor(EDLF)in rats was measured by radioimmunoassay.We observed the pathological changes in thoraco-aortic endothelium in each group.The results showed that plasma level of EDLFwas raised in injured aortic endothelium in rats.The inflammatory reaction caused by vascular endothelium injury was inhibited and the raised plasma level of EDLF lowered significantly by using Tripterygium Wilfordii Glycosides.The results suggested there was inflammatory reaction in the injured vascular endothelium and the Tripterygium wilfordii Glycosides might be able to alleviate the endothelium injury by inhibiting inflammatory reaction and immune reaction, resulting in the lowering of the raised plasma level of EDLF.
