抗强啡肽A_(1-13)血清部分阻断脊髓内催产素增强针刺镇痛的作用

摘要 催产素在针刺镇痛中发挥重要作用,本文以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度(mA)为痛反应指标,观察到脊髓蛛网膜下腔内注射纳洛酮或抗强啡肽A_(1-13)血清(A-DYNS)使针刺镇痛效应明显降低,但在注射催产素前预先注射纳洛酮或抗强啡肽A_(1-13)血清仅能部分阻断脊髓内催产素增强针刺镇痛的作用。提示催产素增强针刺镇痛的作用与脊髓内强啡肽虽有一定关系,但不完全依赖于脊髓内的内源性阿片肽系统。 The effect of intrathecal injection of Anti-Dynorphin A serum(ADYNS),Naloxone(Nx)and Oxytocin(OT)on electroacupuncture analgesiaEA)was observed,using the potassium iontophoresis tail-flick for measuring pain threshold.It was founded that the pain threshold was decreased significantly by injecting ADYNS and Nx.And ADYNS and Nx could partly attenuate the effect OT on EA in the spinal cord of rats.The data suggested that during the EA the role of OT in the spinal cord of rats might have something to do with the work of dynorphin A.
