摘要
本文报道二齿新蚤和方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种吸血活动与几种因素的关系:(1)吸血率与蚤日龄的关系呈log(K—Y)=a-blogX型曲线;新羽化蚤吸血量较小,30日龄以上各日龄无大差别;消化所需日数与蚤日龄的关系呈logY=a-blogX型曲线。(2)由于雌蚤吸血量大于雄蚤,所以雄蚤消化所需日数较雌蚤为少。(3)吸血率和吸血量均不受湿度影响,消化所需日数与湿度的关系呈logY=3-blog(K-X)型曲线。(4)繁殖蚤吸血率高于非繁殖蚤,而吸血量和消化所需日数,繁殖蚤与非繁殖蚤均无显著差异。
For the fleas Neopsylla bidentatiformis(Wagner,1893)and Citellophilus tesquorum sungaris Jordan,1929):(1)the relationship between feeding rate and their age(in days)can be showed as the curve of log(K-Y)=a-b logX(fig.1);the feeding volume of newly emerged fleas is less than that of old ones,while no differenee of the volume has been found among the individuals aged over 30 days (fig.2);the relationship between the needed time for digestion and the fleas'age(in days) may be expressed as the curve of logY=a-b logX(fig.3).(2) the male fleas spent a shorter time for digestion than that of females since their less feeding volume.(3)the environmental humidity has no influence over the feeding rate and volume,the relationship between the time needed for digestion and the humidity may be displayed as the curve of logY=a-b log (K-X) (fig.4).(4)the feeding rate of reproductive fleas is higher than that of non-reproducfive fleas (fig.5),but no difference between them has been found in the feeding volume and the time needed for digestion.
