摘要
本文报道了1990年采自我国21个不同地区的尖音库蚊复合组四龄幼虫形态分类的数值分析结果,经过多因素相关与回归分析发现,呼吸管指数与纬度、经度之间存在着正相关的关系,而呼吸管1-S第一对毛分枝数和第二对毛分枝数与纬度、经度之间存在着负相关的关系,并建立了上述分类特征与纬度、经度的多元直线回归方程。另外,综合上述三个分类特征,对典型的尖音库蚊、谈色库蚊和致倦库蚊进行了多元判别和典型变量分析。
This paper presents the results of mathematical analyses of morphological characteristics of fourth instar larvae of Culex pipiens complex including 21 geographical strain in China.Through the mathematical analyses. particularly the multiple linear regression analyses,it was showed that the siphonal indices had a positive correlation with the latitude and longitude of their distribution. and the branches number of the first and second pair of siphonal tufts(1-S) had negative correlation with them.The multiple regression equations of morphological characteristics between latitude and longitude were established.
