鼠疟原虫免疫抑制因子的提纯和分析

摘要 本文报道从伯氏疟原虫中分离、提纯一种分子量近27kD的可溶性免疫抑制因子。它具有使小鼠脾细胞内B细胞和CD4T细胞的百分数下降而CD8T细胞百分数上升的作用;并能除低小鼠皮肤对DNCB的DTH反应,显示引起细胞免疫功能的抑制。结果表明疟原虫本身含有的近27kD蛋白成分中含有免疫抑制因子,接种后可使宿主机体产生免疫抑制现象。 A soluble Immunosuppressive Factor(ISF)with Mr.of 27kD was isolated, purified and identified in free parasites released from Plasmodium berghet-fected rat erythrocytes.Mice in jected with ISF,showed decreaed percentages of B cell and CD4T-cell among the spleen cells, while the percentage of CD8T-cell,however,was dramatically increased. DTH reaction to DNCB in mice treated with ISF was suppressed. These results suggested that ISF was produced by parasite itself, and it inhibited the immune responses of host through the down-regulation effects of CD8T-cell subset.
