摘要 用约氏疟原虫(P.y)裂殖子抗原免疫EALB/c小鼠,再用约氏疟原虫非致死株105PRBC/只攻击。免疫组小鼠血中原虫推迟出现,提早消失,原虫率明显低于未免疫小鼠和佐剂对照小鼠;佐剂对照组仅原虫高峰推迟出现,与易感小鼠无明显差异。抗原免疫小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞对抗原特异性和非特异性增殖反应明显高于其它两组,原虫攻击后增殖反应普遍受到抑制,但免疫小鼠比其它两组恢复快,感染后18天即恢复至正常水平。 BALB/c mice were immunized with 53KD protective plasmodium yoelii yoelii (P.y)antigen and then challenged with nonvirulent strain of P.y 105PRBC,ip.The immunized mice showed a brief parasitaemia which resloved 10 days after challenged.The peak of parasitaemia was markedly lower than the other two groups.In the group immunized with adjuvant,the peak of parasitaemia was postponed,but the parasitaemia rate was simlar to that of the normal mice.The antigen-specific and non-specific proliferative responses of splenic T cells in immunized mice were markedly higher than other two groups.After challenged with P.y,the proliferative responses in the three groups were suppressed,but that of the antigen immunized mice returned to moranal level on 18th day.
