摘要
本文采用六端口技术导出了功率量值传递的新方程，由此解决了失配误差中的相位不确定性问题，并已研制成２～１８ＧＨｚ功率自动检定装置。实验表明，校准因子Ｋｂｕ的传递精度优于０．５％。
Based on six-port technique,a new equation for the dissemination of the value of power,which can solve the problem of the phase unecertainty caused by the mismatch error,is presented.A2～18GHz broadband automatic calibration equipment has also been developed.Experiments show that the dissemination accuracy of calibration factor is better than 0.5%.
