摘要
本文采用起始函数法建立了受横向线性分布载荷作用的环形薄板轴对称问题的一般公式,并将它应用于卧螺离心机叶片的弯曲问题。在某些设计中,将离心机叶片简化为梁模型,显得过于粗糙。本文采用环形薄板模型,得到关于卧螺离心机叶片弯曲问题的较为精确的计算公式。
A calculating formula of axisymmetrical bending is developed for the thin ring plate subjected to the linear distributed lateral load by the initial function method, and it can be used for bending of a horizontal centrifuger vane. In some designs, the centrifuger vane is simplified to be a beam mode, bat this seems too rough. In this paper, a thin ring plate mode is used, and more exact calculating formula is got for bending of the centrifuger vane.
