摘要
本文在考察研究我国国有资产管理现状的基础上，借鉴国外国有资产管理的经验，提出了适应社会主义市场经济体制要求的国有资产管理模式．以期为我国国有资产管理走向科学化，规范化提出有益的见解．
This paper puts forword the state asset management model of fitting socialisticmaket economic systems by analysing the theoretlal problems of state asset property right management.observing and studying domestic and overseas pracrice of state asset management.The author expects that the paper can be a useful reference for setting up scientific and standard chinese state asset management systems.
