摘要
本文用薄层色谱分离、分光光度法,对蒽醌衍生物中的茜素测定作了研究。探讨了展开剂组成、吸附剂性质对分离的影响,并确定了定量分析条件。薄层板用0.1mol/dm^3磷酸氢二钾调制的硅胶G制备,以苯:四氯化碳:醋酸:醋酸乙酯(50:75:3.5:8.0)为溶剂系统。茜素R_f值为0.48,其余各组分的R_f值分别为0.26,0.31和0.38,0.00。茜素谱带用乙醇萃取,在430nm下测定吸光度。标准偏差和变动系数分别为0.72和0.75%(n=8)。
In this paper, determination of alizarin in anthraquinone derivatives was studied by thin layer chromatography spectrophotometric method.It is described that effect of developer composition and property of absorbent on separation. Conditions of quantitative analysis were determined.TLC plates (0.25mm thick) were prepared as follows: silica gel G was mixed with o. lmol/dm8 dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution.Benzen: Carbon tetrachloride: Acetic acid: Acetic ether (50:75:3.5:8.0) was used as solvent system. The Rf values were: alizarin 0.48, other 0.00, 0.26, 0.31 and 0.38 respectively. Alizarin bend was extracted by ethanol and at 430nm determination. The standard and cofficient of variation are 0.72 and 0.75% (n = 8) respectively.
