蕃红花红的薄层色谱分离及分光光度法测定的研究

摘要 本文研究了碱性染料蕃红花红的薄层色谱分离及分光光度法测定的最佳条件。以正丁醇或异丁醇为展开剂,硅胶G为吸附剂,可以得到分离清晰,色别不同的8个斑点。其有效成份的R_f值分别为0.48及0.69。在无水乙醇介质中,其最大吸收波长为543nm,摩尔吸光系数为3.96X10^4l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),0~2.5×10^(-5)mol·l^(-1)符合朗伯——比尔定律。方法回收率为97.8~101.3%,变动系数为1.0%。此法简单方便,可作为蕃红花红产品的质量分析。 The optimum conditions of separation of safranine T by thin-layer chro-matography and its spectrophotometric determination are studied in this paper, 8 clear spots different in colour are obtained after separation with n-butanol or isobutanol as solvent and silica G as adsorbent. The Rf values of its effective components are 0.48 and 0.69 respectively. In the medium of absolute ethyl alcohol, their maximum absorption are measured at 543nm with molar adsorptivity being 3.96×104. In the range of 0-2.5×10-5mol·11 Beer's Law is obeyed. The coefficient of variation and the recovery of this method are 1.0% and 97.8-101% repectively. The present method is simple, convenient and may be used as quantative analysis of safranine T.
