铝的阳极氧化和电解着色——Ⅲ.影响阳极氧化膜性能的因素

摘要 本文通过改变电流密度、电解电压、硫酸浓度、铝离子浓度、氧化温度、氧化时间、搅拌、及串并联等条件,讨论了影响硫酸法阳极氧化膜性能的各种因素。发现影响氧化膜厚度的主要因素是电流密度、电解温度、氧化时间和硫酸浓度。本文同时研究了减小氧化膜脆性的几种方法,提出了提高硫酸法阳极氧化膜抗裂性的工艺条件。 In this paper, the influence of various factors, such as the effect of the density of electric current, electrolytic potential, concentration of sulfuric acid, concentration of aluminium ion, temperature of oxidation, time of oxidation, agitation, series and parallel connection of plates etc., on the properties of anodized film by sulfuric acid method was studied. The experimental results showed that the principal factors affecting the thichness of anodized film were the current density, temperature, time, and concentration of sulfuric acid. This paper also studied several ways to improve the strength of the oxide film and proposed some technical conditions for increasing the resistance to cracking in anodized film.
