摘要 谷氨酸产生菌钝齿棒杆菌T^(s-Li)(Leu^-Ile^-Str^rRif^r)与北京棒杆菌7338(野生型Str^sRif^s)融合子(A组)及谷氨酸产生菌钝齿棒杆菌T_(6-13)。(野生型Str^sEry^s)与赖氨酸产生菌黄色短杆菌2—1(Met^-Thr^-Str^rEry^r)融合子(B组)在谷氨酸产量分布上明显地向正变与负变方向移动,分别形成两个峰值,保持原株产酸量的融合子只占总数的4%和2%。A组正变频率为72.7%,远高于B组的27.5%,谷氨酸最大增加幅度为64.3%。B组的赖氨酸产量分布与谷氯酸产量分布不同,负变率达到93.1%。这可能与融合过程中营养互补有关。 The group A fusants are obtained with protoplast fusion between L-glu-tarnate-producing Corynebacterium crenatum Ts-ti and Corynebacterium pekinense 7338, while the group B fusants are obtained between L-lysine-producing Brevi-bacterium flauum 2-1 and L-glutamate-producing Corynebacterium crenatum T6-13. The yield distribution of L-glutamate of group A and B obviously tend to positive and negative mutation, presenting two peaks respectively .The fusants that remain their parental strains' yield are only 4% and 2% respectively. The positive mutation frequency of group A is 72.7%, and it is much higher than that of group B (27.5%).The maximum yield is increased by 64.3%.As to the yield of L-lysine in group B, the distribution of it differs from that of L-glutamate and the negative mutation frequency is 93.1%, which maybe has something to do with the nutritional complementation in fusion process.
