The Development of 2.45GHz Power Density Standard

介绍了采用标准场法建立的２．４５ＣＨｚ功率密度标准装置的构成与测定，提出了一种通过调控放大器电源电压实现饱和输出放大器输出稳定的方法。该标准装置的测量范围为０．０５～０．８０ｍＷ／ｃｍ２，不确定度为０．２１ｄＢ。

In this paper, the construction and measurement of the 2.45 GHz power density standard by using the standard field method are described.A method to stabilize the amplitude of saturation output amplifier by controlling the supply voltage of amplifier is devoloped. The range of the power density standard is 0.05￣0.80 mW/cm2, and its uncertainty is 0.21 dB.
