Study on the Oil-Resistance and Water-Resistance Coating

本文介绍了用聚氯乙烯,聚氨酯树脂改性的氯磺化聚乙烯涂料的耐油,耐水性及其它物理化学性质。所设计的配方经80℃浸泡试验结果表明聚氯乙烯,聚氨酯改性的氯磺化聚乙烯涂层具有优良的耐油,耐水性和好的耐酸性。

This paper presents the performances of oil-resistance and water-resista-nceand other physical and chemical properties of the chlorosulfonated polyet-hyle ne coatings modifide by poly vinyl chloride and polyurethane resin. The coatings designed with these prescriptions are immersed in the chemical mediums at 80℃, the result shows clearly that the chlorosulfonated polyethylene coating modifide by polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane resin possesses the good performances of oil-resistance, water-resistance and batter performance of acid-resistance
