摘要
本文研究了断续型位式控制系统的特点及其振荡的抑制问题,其中包括利用反馈校正抑制自激振荡和外加周期信号抑制自激振荡,并根据分析的结论,应用于一个实际的电阻炉温控系统,获得了较高的控制精度和控制质量。其结果说明,采用本文提出的若干措施,可以对现行的位式控制器的控制质量,从根本上加以改进,从而达到满意的效果。
In this paper, the features of on-off control system and elimination of its self-oscillations are studied. In order to eliminate the system self-oscillations, the local feedback and additional periodic-signal are separately used. According to the conclusions obtained, these self-oscillation elimination measures are applied to a real electric furnace temperature control, and the higher control accuracy and control quality are achieved. The results show that, the measures posed by this paper can be used to improve the control quality of the present On-Off control fundamentally, and the more satisfactory control effect can be attained
