摘要
在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和聚乙二醇(PEG)存在下,锆和茜素红S(ARS)显色反应的灵敏度有较大的提高。Zr-ARS-PVP-PEG体系的表观摩尔吸光系数,比Zr-ARS的二元体系的摩尔吸光系数6.2×10~3l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)大得多。锆的量在0—77μg/50ml范围内遵守比尔定律。本文应用正交设计法选择实验条件。同时测定了Zr-ARS的组成比及其平衡常数。
The colour reaction of zirconium-alizarin red s (ARS) in presence of poy-vinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) has higher sensitivisy. Theapprent molar absorptivity is 5.9×104l·mal-1·cm-1 at 525nm. It is much greater than that of the Zr-ARS binary system (6.2×1031·mol-1·cm-1). Beers law is obeyed for Zr(Ⅳ) in the rang of 0-77μg/50ml. In this paper the orthogonal design method is used to select the experimental conditions. The component ratio of Zr-ARS and the equilibrium constant are determined.
