模具的参数化设计方法研究

Studies of Parametric Design Method for Die and Mould

本文在分析比较参数化设计方法的基础上，研究了基于特征的参数化设计方法．它采用模具的装配模型和零件特征模型表达模具的装配关系、模具结构和加工过程，用尺寸驱动的几何模型确定特征的形状尺寸和定位尺寸．这种方法的优点是模具结构的描述简单、直现，同时也有助于实现模具ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ系统的一体化．

A feature-based parametric design method is studied based on comparison of previous parametric design approaches. The assembly relationship, structure, and manufacture Procedure are described by assembly model and part feature model. The featUre shape and location can be determined by dimension-driven geometric model. This method can simplify the description of structure. It is useful for integration of CAD and CAM of die and mould.
