随着全球范围内通信网的建立及通信技术的发展，通信网的设计已变得十分复杂，成为一种动态的决策过程．因而有必要借助专家系统进行网络设计的自动实现和仿真验证．本文构造了基于知识的通信网设计专家系统，详细说明了系统的知识表示及推理策略．

With the rapid rate of change in communication technology ang emergence of highly of highly sophishcated networks, network design has become a dynamic strategy process. In thes paper we develop a knowledge-based expert system which can be used to design and simulate the network automatically. We focus on the discussion of the system's knowledge representation and inference strategy.
