开放系统的概念已经成为９０年代计算工业界的一个商业策略，是建立分布计算机环境的必要条件。本文从可移植性，可伸缩性和互操作性等几个方面论开放系统的概念。
The concept of open systems has become a business strategy of thecomputer industry.It' s the necessary condition for building a distributed computing en-vironment. The paper discusses the concept of open systems from the aspects of portabil-ity,scalability and interoperability.
