New Channel of Dynamic Load Balancing Algorithm Design

负载平衡是分布式系统研究当中一个十分活跃的课题，本文就一些有代表性的算法进行了讨论，并从用户行为的角度出发，提出两种新算法的设计思想，以便有效地减少网络通讯，加快负载平衡的决策过程。

Load balancing algorithm is one of the important research problems in distributed system, This paper discusses representative algorithms. New idea of load-balancing algorithm design that significantly reduces network traffic and takes less time to make decision is presented in this paper. These algorithms take user's behavior into account.
