摘要
介绍了一个机械行业大型企业复盖全厂主要管理部门的集成管理与决策信息系统的总体设计。系统采用了基于以太网的TCP/IP协议和分级式网络结构,具有层次化和模块化特点;采用客户/服务器计算模式,数据一致性和可扩性好,系统构成引入了分布式技术,使系统不仅具有并行处理和自给能力,而且具有良好的整体性、鲁棒性,便于统一管理;管理模式实践了MRP—Ⅱ的思想原理和我国企业的实际情况相结合、自行开发的技术路线;并采用模拟决策方法实现经营计划中的非结构化问题的决策支持。引入这些方法和技术给系统注入了活力而具有一定特色。
This paper presents the design of integreted management and decision information system, which is desired for grand enterprise of mechanical occuptaion covering main management department of factory. The system uses TCP/ IP protocol based on Ethernet network and adopts hierarchy architecture. It has the properties of hierarchy and modularization. The system uses client / server compute model and distributed technics, so the system has the capability of parallel processing and self support and also has good properties of integreted and robustness, which makes it easy to manage a system. The management model practices technical method which combines the MRPⅡ ′s philosophy and real condition and selfdeveloping in our enterprise. It also adopts analog decision method to realise decison support of non-structure problem in management. All these technics and methods introduce vigour and certain characteristics to the system.
