摘要
从模式识别的基本原理出发,分析了焊接结构工艺过程的分类识别特点;通过模式增强采用函数连接网络结构实现了焊接结构工艺过程的分类学习和自动识别.同时,学习速率较多层网络明显提高.实践表明是一种有效、实用的工艺知识获取和表达方法.
According to the basic principles of Pattern Recognition, the characteristics of the classification and recognition of welding structure process plans is analysed, the functional link net based on Pattern Enhancement is adopted. Consequently, the learning rate is improved remarkably and process planner's tedious labour is cut down. It has also been shown that the provided method is feasible and pragmatic to knowledge acquisition and expression for process planning.
