摘要
比较详细地分析了FMS的模型问题,提出了FMS的基于信息的分布式控制方法,讨论了各种设备的智能协同控制器(ISC)的结构和开发.每个设备或实体前都置有一个智能协同控制器,它们有自己的调度协议,并能通过网络传送数据和信息.所有的ISC不仅能访问服务器中的数据,也有处理自己的局部数据库和规则库的能力,且并发运行,因此大大提高了系统的柔性及其鲁棒性.
This paper first analyses in detail the model of FMS, and then put forward an information-based distributed scheduling and control methodology. The structure of the Intelligent Synergetical Controller (ISC) with which each equipment is connected is discussed. The ISC has its own scheduling protocol, and can exchange data through network. All the ISC can not only access the data in the server, but also deal with the local data base and rule base within it. They run concurrently to realize the real-time scheduling and control of FMS, so greatly improved the flexibility and robustness of the system.
