摘要
主要讨论了在CIMS环境下零件加工过程中质量监控的检测规划方法,介绍了由应用特征提取、测点规划和智能化NC程序自动生成三部分所组成的信息系统,以及如何把在线零件加工的质量监控信息集成到CIMS系统中,使系统的智能化程度得到很大程度的提高.着重讨论了针对典型零件表面特征,象非圆环和圆环平面、外圆表面和内孔表面等进行测点规划的方法等内容,说明了质量监控在CIMS环境下与CAD/CAPP/CAM系统进行集成的必要性和可能性.
This paper deals with the inspection method of quality monitored control for workpiece processing in a CIMS environment,and introduces the message system consist of the following parts:applied feature extracting,inspected point planning and intelligence automatic generation for NC program,and integrating the quality monitored controlling message of on-line workpiece into CIMS,in order to improve the intelligence degree of the system.The method of inspect points planning for surface feature(non-cyclic plane,cyclic plane,external cylinder,internal cylinder,etc.)of typical workpiece is mainly discussed in this thesis,it explains the necessity and possibility of integrating quality monitored control and CAD/CAPP/CAM system in the CIMS environment.
