摘要
一、引言 诺贝尔奖金获得者普里高津在1969年所提出的耗散结构理论中,把热力学系统为三种:一是孤立系统,即与外界不产生物质和能t的交换;二是封闭系统,即只与外界交换能量.不交换物质。
According to Dissipative Structure Theory,this paper explores the necessity ot exchang-ing information with environment and self-organization for developing human intelligence, and points out that it is necessary to exchange information with environment and have the self-organi-zation ability for an open AI system.
