手扶拖拉机更新问题的探讨

On the Problems Related to the Renewal of the Walking Tractor

针对我国农村手扶拖拉机使用年限过长,技术状态恶化,故障率增加和维修费剧增的现状,探讨了它的更新问题,作者认为,手扶拖拉机的更新期须以经济寿命为依据,只考虑有形磨损时,运输型和兼用型手扶拖拉机的经济寿命各为5～7年和7年;有形磨损与无形磨损同时考虑时,上述两种手扶拖拉机的经济寿命均为5年左右,折合作业量约一万标准亩.

In accordance with the fact that the walking tractor in use is confronted with problems of over-age, inadequate engine power, low fuel economy,high failure rate and high repair and maintenance expenses, the renewal of the walking tractor is being analyzed in this paper. It was found that the renewing time limit of the walking tractor must be decided according to its economic life. Further, the economic life of the walking tractors used for transportation alone for both transportation and cultivation were studied. The calculation results showed that the economic life of the two types of walking tractors respectively were 5-7 years and 7 years in the shape wear condition, and the economic life of both types were 5 years in shape and shapeless wear conditions,These results would be helpful for the departments concerned to make the decision of renewing the walking tractor.
