大麦抗黄花叶病及农艺性状的配合力筛选 被引量:2

摘要 采用P×Q交配模式,以八个抗病品种P_Ⅰ,七个高产品种为P_Ⅱ,配制组合56个,在F_1代估测10项性状的遗传效应.结果表明,二向亲本所有性状的一般配合力(GCA),9项性状(除单株穗数外)的特殊配合力(SCA)均达1%显著水准,85-10.84-3014、沪麦8号是优良的抗病且兼顾农艺性状的亲本,沪麦4号、浙皮1号、浙农大3号是发病较轻的高产亲本、作者发现大麦黄花叶病直接影响F_1代所有农艺性状,进而估测了发病率与其余9项性状间的相关关系,最后筛选出7个优良组合,它们的发病率为0~5.6%,病情等级为0~1^-,而且具有优良的农艺性状. Fifty-six combinationg were made between eight disease-resistant varieties ( Parent Ⅰ ) and seven high-yield varieties ( Parent Ⅱ ) by P × Q mating pattern, screening was conducted in BYMV-infcctcd nursery during 1986-1087. The results of the experiment were as follows, 1) Variance component analysis of combining ability of ten characters in barley showed that GCA of all characters and SCA of nine characters ( except spike number per plant ) were highly significant ( p = 0.01 ) . 2) Comprehensive analysis of GCA for ten characters indicated that 85-10, 81-3014 and HuMai No.8 were highly resi-slant parents with desirable agronomic characters: Hu Mai No.4 ZhePi No.1 and Zhe Nong Da No. 3, were high-yield parents with little susceptibility to disease. 3) Barley yellow mosaic disease affected all characters of F1 hybrids substantially, coefficient of correlation and regression equation between incidence of disease and other nine characters were presented. 4) According to SCA and overall evaluation of all characters, seven out of fifty-six Fl hybrids were screened, with incidence of disease at C-5.6%, grade of disease at 0-1- and desirable agronomic characters.
