桑叶中甾体类植物生长物质的检测 被引量:1

摘要 桑叶中存在的油菜素内酯等甾体类植物生长物质,先用甲醇提取,通过液液分配法除去酸、碱性物质后,用色谱法分离,精制.然后用水稻叶身屈曲的生物检定法测定它们的活性和含量.试验结果表明:桑叶中存在着油菜素内酯(Brassinolide)及Castasterone与Typhasterol等活性物质.鲜桑叶中的总含量约为5μg/kg. Brassinosteroids were isolated from leaves of mulberry by extraction with methanol. The extract was subjected to liquid-liquid partition to remove acidic and basic subsances. The brassino-steroids were then purified by chromatography. Brassinosteroids were -detected by a modified bioassay method of rice-lamina inclination. Brassinolidp, Castasterone and Typhasterol were identified in leaves of mulberry by TLC. The total content of Brassinosteroids in leaves of mulberry determined amounted to ca. 5μg/kg.
