摘要
本文概要讨论了非限定表格信息提取系统的结构和技术难点，提出了一种既有利于表格识别，又能进行表格定位的方法──四角定位点法，介绍了利用四角定位点法实现的非限定表格信息提取系统．实验结果表明，该系统具有通用、快速、准确的特点．
This paper briefly discusses the structure and technical problems of unrestricted form information extracting system,suggests a form registration method by anchors in the four corners.This method is useful to form identification.An in formation extracting system with this method is introduced.It is shown by experiments that the system is general,rapid and exact.
