摘要
本文借助Ｃｙｂｅｒｓｐａｃｅ这一新概念，找出了在线服务、Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ与信息高速公路三者之间的关联，由此进而定义了信息高速公路。文中同时展示了美国信息高速公路在技术上的实际进展。
With the help of a new concept-Cyberspece, a relation amony the online service,the internet and the information superhbowny is discovered. Then a reasonable and Clear-cut definition of the information superhighway is given. In the same paper, the current situation and the technical progress of the information superhighway are described.
