本文介绍了有关我国现代化支付系统建设的几个问题：支付与清算系统的重要性和其组成，发达国家支付系统的建设经验，我国现代化支付系统总体构思，支付系统的体系结构以及支付系统的实施规划。
A brief introduction to The China National Advance Payment System (CNAFS),the important infrastructure for our national' s economy is given of CNAFS consists of 5 banking application systems and a large scale, multi-level data communication network - China National Financial NetWork. As CNAPS is a very complex project which will take some ten years to complete, an implementation strategg is outlined.
