本文首先介绍ＶＧＡ图形显示器上不同西文字库字符点阵的获取及其图形显示方式，然后给出各种汉字系统中不同点阵汉字库的一种统一的寻址表示形式，有效地解决了不同字库资源的利用问题。

In this paper the programming solution in VGA mode for setting and displaying different English fonts in BIOS character libraries is at first introduced. Then an uniform expression for addressing a Chinese character ill the library with different dot size is presented, which works for all Chinese operatingSystems.
