卷烟厂CIMS环境下制丝工艺质量仿真

TO SIMULATE AND EVALUATE QUALITY OF MAKING CUT TOBACCO UNDER THE SMOKE CIMS

本文首先给出了卷烟厂制丝车间工艺流程图，并分析了制丝工艺的质量因素。在此基础上，我们运用ＳＬＡＭ网络模型对制丝质量系统进行仿真，其结果与实际一致。我们认为：ＳＬＡＭ网络建模与仿真是研究连续制造业产品质量分析的一种有效手段。

In this paper the technological process flow chart of cut tobacco workshop is presented and the quality factors of making cut tobacco are analyzed briefly. The SLAM network model is used to simulate and evaluate the quality for making cut tobacco and the simulation result is in accordence with practice. We are sure that the SLAM network modelling and simulation is very useful tool for productS quality of continuous manufacturing.
