摘要
CIMS环境中计算机和设备的通信是实现CIMS的基础,而CIMS的复杂性决定了其网络呈现异构性,设备具有多样性,MMS-制造报文规范,是一种适合于CIMS环境实设备通信的应用层服务元素。本文在介绍MMS的基础上提出了异构网络MMS实现的方法,互连网关的设计以及机器人入网的标准和策略,最后进行了MMS工操作的验证及机器人系统MMS基础一致性类说明。
The communication among various computers and automatic devices on CIMS environment is the basis of the implementation of CIMS. This paper firstly gives the introduction of the international standard: MMS, then provides a method of the implementation of MMS in application layer of heterogeneous networks, the designation of gateway, and the stadard and strategy of a real device being connected into the network, at last the test of MMS interoperation and the examination of the MMS basic conformance of robot system.
