摘要
通过采用适宜的相变材料和负离子发射材料,并与以酪蛋白质改性的湿法纺(聚)丙烯腈喷丝液共混,通过湿法纺丝工艺加工,可以制造出同时具有智能调温和负离子发射功能的牛奶蛋白纤维。特别是通过采用一种含有异氰酸酯共混物的以C19相变蜡为主要成分的相变材料与酪蛋白质改性(聚)丙烯腈喷丝液材料共混,再加上适量的负离子发射材料,可以通过湿法纺丝工艺生产出相变焓更高的智能调温负离子牛奶蛋白纤维。
By scientifically adding PCM and minus ions material to cusein-polyacrylonitpile stock thickener and then by wet-spinning process, it makes out of a casein fiber that has function of thermal stornge-release while phase changes and releasing minus ions. Particularly, by scientifically adding a PCM that includes of mixing isocyanate material, takes C19 phase change wax as main material, adds minus ions material to cusein-polyacrylonitrile stock thickener and then by wet-spinning process, it makes out of a casein fiber that has function of more higher phase change thermal storage-release and releasing minus ions.
