摘要
文章采用水解酸化—间歇式接触氧化法对广东江门市某毛织厂毛衣出厂前的洗涤废水的处理进行了研究。通过研究缺氧柱内pH值及CODCr随时间变化,得出缺氧时间不应该超过8h,4~8h为宜。由24h的停留时间实验结果分析可知,缺氧柱的填充比大于1∶9时,即可取得较高的CODCr去除率。8h水解酸化出水进行接触氧化实验,经过6h的处理,CODCr由250mgL降解到60mgL以下。序批式生物膜法有很好的除磷效果,磷在2h之内可以降到0.5mgL以下。用水解酸化—接触氧化工艺处理洗毛衣废水,最佳的处理工艺参数是:水解酸化时间4~8h,接触氧化池6~8h。
A way to treat washing sweater wastewater from a sweater plant of Guangdong Jiangmen with the combination of hydrolytic acidification reactor followed by biological contact oxidation was investigated. The experiments researching the variety rules of pH and CODCR with HRT in the anaerobic reactor indicated that the HRT of anaerobic reaction shouldn' t exceed 8 hours, HTR for 4 ~ 8 hours was appropriate. It was adequate to acquire high efficiency When the rate of falling of anaerobic reactor was more than 1 : 9. In the aerobic experiments, the CODCr debased from 250 mg/L to 60 mg/L after 8 hours anaerobic reaction and 6 hours aerobic reaction. SBBR can dephosphorize effectively, and the phosphor content could be debased to less than 0.5 mg/L after 2 hours aerobic reaction.In conclusion,the optimal technics parameters of treatment is 4 ~ 8 hours hydrolytic acidification and 6 ~ 8 hours reaction aerobic.
