术后粘连防治药物的药效学动物模型制作与评价

Preparation and evaluation of animal models in adhesion preventive drug test

根据腹部术后粘连防治药物的研究进展,将在药效学试验中粘连模型制作方法分为腹膜损伤、异物引入、局部缺血、多因素与子宫角粘连/盆腔粘连共5类;粘连程度的评价归纳为目视判断评分、粘连面积、粘连牵拉强度、病理切片、组织羟脯氨酸、细胞因子等9类指标。分析比较各种方法的优缺点,讨论如何建立标准的粘连模型与客观的评价方法。

As therapies against post-operative adhesion formation become better characterized, a wide variety of animal models used to prevent and treat the formation and reformation of adhesions have been proposed, i.e., peritoneal injury, introduction of foreign materials, local ischemia, multiple factors and uterine horn/pelvic adhesion. The therapeutic effects on the adhesion formation are assessed based on several techniques, such as visual inspection, measurement of adhesion area and adhesion strength, pathological section, determination of hydroxyproline and cytokine levels, etc. The purpose of the present review is to compare the merits and shortcoming of these methods, and discuss how to establish standardized adhesion models and ojective evaluations.
