摘要 胃肠道生物黏附给药系统(GBDDS)是指利用聚合物与胃、肠黏膜黏液层/上层细胞表面之间的生物黏附,延长药物制剂在胃肠道停留时间或特定部位作用时间的给药系统,在缓控释给药系统中占重要地位。现对胃肠道生物黏附作用的机制、影响因素、生物黏附材料的种类和生物黏附制剂的体内外评价方法进行综述,旨在为研究开发新型口服给药系统提供新的思路和方法。 Gastrointestinal bioadhesion drug delivery system (GBDDS) can be described as a drug delivery system that make use of the attachmentbetween the mucus layer/the epithelial cell layer and mucoadhesive polymer to prolong the action time of pharmaceutical in gastrointestinal or some specific site, which plays an important part in the development of sustained/controlled release drug delivery system. This paper reviews the background, principles and potential application of GBDDS as an oral drug delivery vehicle, providing the strategy and rationale that further investigations may be required.
