学龄儿童行为问题与脑电地形图关系研究

摘要 目的研究行为问题儿童脑电地形图的变化,探讨行为问题儿童脑功能的改变,为儿童行为问题的矫正提供理论依据。方法对6~11岁行为问题儿童以及与其年龄、性别、父母文化程度及职业相近的正常儿童各49名进行脑电地形图检查。结果2组儿童各频段的绝对功率差异无显著性,一些脑区慢波的相对功率差异有显著性。结论行为问题儿童有脑功能成熟延迟的现象。 Objective To study the changes of brain eleetric activity mapping of children with behavior problems, to explore the changes of their brain function, and to provide basis for correcting children' s behavior problems. Methods The brain electrical activity mapping were observed in 98 children aged 6 - 11 years. Among them,49 children had behavior problems and the other 49 were chosen as normal according to age, gender, parents' edueation level and occupation. Results There were no significant differences in absolutely power between the children in 2 groups, but the relative power in experimental group was significantly higher than control. Condusion Retarded nkaturate is found among the children with behavior problems.
