摘要
提出了一个注射充模数值模拟隐式方法的时间步长选用标准,依据“一时间步,一单元层”的思想,采用最小二乘递推法估算每一步的时间步长,并依据压力估算每个控制体积的半注满时间,从而可以重构任何时间的流动前锋。计算表明本方法极大地提高了隐式方法的适用性,并把注射充模流动数值模拟的计算时间复杂度降到结点数的平方。
An adaptive implicit algorithm was proposed to choose time step for mold filling simulation. The criterion of choosing time step was that resin moves forward only one element-size distance at each time step, and recursive least square (RLS) adaptive method was employed dynamically to update time step; the half-filled time was estimated for all nodes in order to reconstruct flow fronts for any given time. Case studies showed that the proposed method enhanced the flexibility of the implicit algorithm and reduced the computational complexity to square of nodal number.
