摘要
位于天津市经济技术开发区的巴特勒公司的厂房,属于在欠固结软粘土地基上修建的轻钢结构大跨度单层厂房,其设计与施工均具有代表性。从地基基础方案的比选、不均匀沉降的处理措施、地下水的腐蚀性分析、防腐措施及预防混凝土碱集料反应等几方面,详细阐述了在软土地基上修建轻钢结构厂房时,基础设计中应注意的问题及相应的处理方法。
The BUTLER factory is located in Tianjin Economic and Technical Developing Zone, where the soil foundation consists of the under-consolidated soft clay. The large span single floor light-steel structure was selected as the workshop of the factory. The following aspects were considered in the design of the foundation:selection of foundation type, treatment measures for uneven settlement, erosion analysis of underground water, antisepsis measures, protection of concrete alkaline reaction. The design has been proved successful by engineering practices.
