摘要
位于天津市经济技术开发区的巴特勒公司的厂房,属于在欠固结软粘土地基上修建的轻钢结构大跨度单层厂房,其设计与施工均具有代表性。从地基基础方案的比选、不均匀沉降的处理措施、地下水的腐蚀性分析、防腐措施及预防混凝土碱集料反应等几方面,详细阐述了在软土地基上修建轻钢结构厂房时,基础设计中应注意的问题及相应的处理方法。
The BUTLER factory is located in Tianjin Economic and Technical Developing Zone, where the soil foundation consists of the under-consolidated soft clay. The large span single floor light-steel structure was selected as the workshop of the factory. The following aspects were considered in the design of the foundation：selection of foundation type, treatment measures for uneven settlement, erosion analysis of underground water, antisepsis measures, protection of concrete alkaline reaction. The design has been proved successful by engineering practices.
