摘要
对某钢包回转台基础进行结构分析和稳态导热理论的结构高温分析。结果表明,对基础的上部结构进行隔热保护可满足使用要求。结合试验资料和工程实践,提出选用大直径的受力钢筋、加大混凝土保护层厚度及增设钢筋网片等措施有利于防止混凝土的高温崩裂。根据场地土湿陷性的特点进行桩基分析,提出采用人工挖孔桩较为合理。
The structural analysis and the high-temperature analysis of the ladle turret foundation with the heat conduct methods were developed. The results show that the insulations with the superstructure can protect the concrete foundation. According to the experimental results and the experiences, the viewpoints are put forward that the measures can protect the concrete structure of large foundation, such as using large diameter reinforcements, increasing the thickness of concrete covers and adding bar-mat reinforcements in the protective coating, etc. It is shown that the pile with man-excavated shaft is more reasonable for the pile foundation in collapsible loess.
