社会支持对结肠造口患者自尊变化的影响

Influence on the changing of self-esteem of patients undergoing colostomy after receiving social assistance

目的了解结肠造口患者自尊、社会支持及社会支持对自尊的影响在术后不同时期的变化。方法研究分两个时间段进行,测量工具采用人力资源问卷第二部分(PRQ85Ⅱ)和状态自尊量表(SSES),采用问卷调查法对42例结肠造口患者术后1年内和1年后重复进行调查和评估。结果随着时间的推移,造口患者的社会支持程度不变(t=0.962,P>0.05),仍处于中等水平;自尊水平下降(t=3.659,P<0.01),但仍维持在中等水平;社会支持对自尊的影响力变弱(1年内r=0.62,P<0.01;1年后r=0.39,P<0.05)。结论护理人员应根据不同时期造口患者的心理生理变化给予有针对性的关心和指导,提高患者的自尊和生活质量。

Objective To find out the effect of social assistance on variation of self-esteem in different postoperative stages of colostomy patients. Methods Personal Resource Questionnaire Part Ⅱ （PRQ-85 Ⅱ ） and State Self-Esteem Scale（SSES）were used in this study. 42 colostomy patients were investigated and evaluated within and after one year. Results With the time passing by, social assistance of colostomy patients was stable （t=0. 962,P〈0.05） and self-esteem decreased（t=3. 659,P〈0.01）. But they were still in the moderate level. The effect of social assistance on self-esteem became weak （ withinlyear r=0.62, P〈0.01, more than 1 year r=0.39, P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nurses should provide definite considerations and guidance according to patients＇ physical and psychological variations in different postoperative stages, which can improve the patients＇ self-esteem and quality of life.
