摘要
介绍了材料损伤的基本原理以及Cockroft-Latham损伤模型,提出了一种基于简约下降梯度法的锻造成形工艺优化方法.设计过程中,采用有限元分析技术与优化技术相结合的方法优化变形工艺参数,使得工件内部损伤值最小.用锻件(除去飞边部分)所有单元的最大损伤值为衡量锻件变形损伤的指标,以零件毛坯的初始高径比为设计变量,建立了优化设计的数学模型.应用该方法对齿轮毛坯非等温热锻成形工艺参数进行优化,取得了良好的效果.
The principle of material damage and the Cockroft-Latham damage model were introduced. A method of forging process design optimization was proposed based on a generalized reduced gradient. In order to minimize the damage in the billet during forging process, the finite element analysis technique is adopted to verify the design and calculate the objective function. The mathematical design optimization model was established, the objective is the max damage of all elements in net forging and the design parameter is the initial H/D ratio of billet. Finally, the case study was conducted for a gear billet nonisothermal hot forging process. The optimal initial H/D ratio of the billet was obtained.
