摘要
提出了一种扩大人眼波前像差仪测量范围的方法,该法综合了波前重建展开算法和波前探测的模板技术,大幅度扩大了波前测量范围.在待测波前像差超出展开算法测量范围的情况下,此方法仍能对像差正常测量.与模板技术相比,该法大幅扩大了可测的曲率范围.以球面波前入射的实验数据表明,所提出的新方法所能测量的最小曲率半径由模板法的75mm降低到10mm,并且由于本方法突破了展开算法的极限,实际上对局部曲率更高的波前仍可测量.
A method of expanding the dynamic range of a Hartmann-Shack (H-S) sensor for measuring the eye's aberration is proposed. It is a combination of unwrapping algorithm and mask technique, which greatly increases the dynamic range of H-S system. The experimental data shows that it performs well even in the case where the unwrapping method is limited. It also shows that the measurable maximum curvature can be greatly improved compared with the mask technique. When a spherical wavefront incidents,the measurable minimum curvature radius can be reduced from 75 mm to 10 mm by this method, compared with the the mask technique. Actually since it overcomes the limitation of unwrapping algorithm, much higher local curvature can still be measured.
