摘要
工业嵌入式系统的记录数据要求准确可靠,提高系统的抗干扰和容错能力尤为重要。本文分析了造成嵌入式系统出错的各种干扰因素,提出了从硬件和软件两方面进行抗干扰设计方法和提高数据准确性的容错方法,从而大大提高了系统的可靠性,结合电能表实际应用表明该方法是可行的。文中给出了电能表抗干扰措施实现的硬件原理图和软件流程图及代码。
The store data must be exact and creditable for an industrial embedded system, anti-disturbance and fault tolerance problem are of great importance. Taking a power meter as an example, this paper discusses the main sources of interference, and presents the anti-disturbance methods based on hardware and software. And so the reliability of the system is improved. The feasibility of the method is tested by practical application. Finally, the hardware scheme, the program flow chart and the code for the meter are given.
