摘要 1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢在460℃~580℃、气压为400Pa~70kPa、保温4h~8h条件下进行等离子渗氮处理,试验中发现当温度>560℃时,试样表面出现黑层,其主要成分为基体中的某元素与氮的化合物;当气压>35kPa时,由于残余压应力及渗剂量和渗层深度的影响,试样边缘发生体积膨胀,即边缘效应;当辉光不均匀时,边缘渗层深度大于中间部分渗层深度。 Plasma nitriding of 1Cr18Ni9Ti austentic stainless steel at a range of 460℃ ~ 580℃ ,400 Pa~ 70kPa and holding 4h ~ 8h was carried out. It is observed that when the temperature is above 560℃ there is a black layer on the surface of the specimen which mainly consisted of compounds of elements from matrix and nitrogen, and when the pressure is above 35kPa,the edge's volume is expanding because of the effect of residual compressive stress on surface and the nitriding agent quantity and nitriding depth,which is defined as edge effect,when the glow is nonhomogeneous, thedepth of layer on the edge is deeper than that in the center.
